Pharmacy benefits migration
When Centene switched pharmacy benefits managers to Express Scripts, I led redesign of drug cost lookup and prescription claims. Patterns from this work became the foundation for Ambetter's in-portal pharmacy journey.
Member portal modernization
Led design for secure member portal consolidation and Adobe Experience Manager migration across Medicaid, Medicare, prescription drug plans, and Marketplace populations.

I built and lead a design organization of 30+ people, modernized our design system (Fondue), and run platform programs across member populations.
